Kit comes complete with:

  • 125ml tin of RIBstore ToobBond
  • 5ml bottle of activator
  • 125ml Hypalon Solvent Cleaner
  • Glue brush
  • Mixing stick
  • Abrasive paper
  • Nitrile gloves
  • Mutton cloth
  • Compact roller
  • 35cm x 15cm Pennel & Flipo Orca Hypalon patch in your chosen colour
  • Available with or without a handy reusable container

Supplied with detailed instructions on how to undertake a professional repair on all makes of Hypalon tubed RIBs, and inflatable boats including Avon, Ribcraft, Scorpion, Humber and Tinker. This Pictorial How to Guide can also be viewed online.

  • Kit includes ToobBond, activator, material, glue brush, mixing stick, abrasive paper, latex gloves and instructions
  • We use Nitrogen to purge the air in the Activator bottle to stop oxidisation before use.
  • Large range of colours and fabric finishes available, but even more colours are available off the roll.


This repair kit is available with hypalon in the following colours and finishes:

  • Standard / smooth finish: Alpin Blue, Artic Grey, Black, Colorado Yellow, Dark Blue, Etna Red, Ibiza Blue, Ice White, Military Grey, Neptune Grey, Ocean Blue, Sunflower Yellow and Sylvano Orange.
  • Fabric impression / matt finish: Anthracite fabric impression, Black fabric impression, and Military Grey fabric impression.
  • Carbon effect finish: Black carbon, Military Grey carbon, Neptune Grey carbon and Ocean Blue carbon.
