Is your boat cover is in need of a good clean or wash? Does it look like the cover in the photos? If yes, then why not have it professionally cleaned and re-waterproofed at the same time?
Whether you have a small dinghy cover, or a large all over cover for when your RIB is on a trailer, we can help.
Maintain your boat cover with regular seasonal cleaning to irradiate general dirt, dust, green algae, staining and mildew before having it treated with a water repellent coating.
How it works:
- Weigh your cover
- Select and purchase the required service.
- Send your cover to us or alternatively drop it to us in Plympton.
- Your cover is sent for cleaning / re-waterproofing as per your requirements - collections are fortnightly on Fridays. (see below for expected dates)
- Two weeks later, we receive your cover back.
- Optional: Now that your cover is clean, if repairs are required, we can assist.
- Your now clean and dry cover is sent back to you or we notify you that it's ready for collection.
This is a winter only service, running from late October to mid March. Covers with windows will incur a higher charge - please contact us if this applies to your cover.
If your cover needs a repair, just let us know and we can even get this sorted once your cover and been laundered.
And it's not just covers...if you happen to have a bell tent, small marquee, tepee, sails, corporate umbrellas or a yurt, we can get these cleaned and re-waterproofed too!
NB - weights will be checked and discrepancies will require payment prior to dispatch/collection. If you select "Boat Cover Washing & Re-Waterproofing" and we are advised that the cover material isn't suitable for re-waterproofing, we will refund this cost.
Typical turnaround for non-winter is currently 3-5weeks - updated April 2024.
