As a family owned and managed business, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and the accompanying service that we provide to you, however it is important that the legal implications of our trading relationship is clear, open and honest. The following Terms and Conditions set out the basis upon which we will enter into a contract with you:

Law and Jurisdiction
By entering into an Agreement with Ribstore.co.uk, for the purchase of Products through our website, you acknowledge that our Agreement will be governed by English law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such Agreement shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. This does not affect your statutory rights.

This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local laws are not offered to you.

Placing an Order with Ribstore.co.uk
Prior to sending your order to Ribstore.co.uk you will be asked to confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions signifies that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unsure about any aspect of these terms and conditions, then you should contact us before placing an order with us.

By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to Ribstore.co.uk to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order. Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation, at that stage, that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted by Ribstore.co.uk. Acceptance of your order, and hence the formation of a legally binding contract between you and Ribstore.co.uk, will only exist once an order has been processed and despatched to you. Ownership of the goods that you have ordered will only pass to you following acceptance of your order by us and following receipt of all sums due in respect of the goods, including all applicable charges including delivery charges.

Payment and Taxes
We only accept online payment by credit or debit card. We will charge your credit or debit card when the order is placed. All prices quoted on Ribstore.co.uk.co.uk are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current prevailing rate. If your order is being sent to a destination outside the European Union (EU) then we will not charge you UK VAT, however, you should contact us prior to placing your order to ensure that you are not inadvertently charged UK VAT when your order is processed online. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EU then the selling price will include VAT at the current prevailing rate of UK VAT. Please note that if you order goods for delivery outside of the UK, the goods may be subject to customs or import duties once the consignment reaches your destination country, in all cases it is your responsibility to account for the payment of any customs or import duties that are levied.
