PVC rubbing strakes can be fitted to both PVC and Hypalon fabric collars, for PVC fabric use 2-part PVC glue, for Hypalon fabric collars or tubes then apply a primer coat of 2-part PVC adhesive to the strake before gluing onto the collar or tubes with Hypalon 2-part glue
