Our Delivery Charges

We strive to bring you the best possible deals and that includes making every effort to keep the cost of deliveries as low as possible; our delivery charges are:

 

UK Mainland (excl Highlands & Islands, the Channel Islands and Northern  Ireland)

Orders over £75 *

FREE *

                            Orders under £75 - & Small Jiffy                             £3.50

Orders under £75 - Parcel < 10kg

£6.95 *

                       Orders under £75 - Parcel > 10kg

* Excludes Highlands & Islands, the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland, which are charged at £20.00, however small orders e.g. jiffy bags are sent by Royal Mail at the rate quoted above. In all cases we aim to only charge the delivery cost that Ribstore incur.

* Anchors, Flares and other dangerous, very heavy (greater than 10kg) or oversized or fragile goods are always charged at cost, irrespective of the value of the order and any promotional delivery rates that are quoted  – please contact us to confirm applicable delivery charges before completing your order. We will always contact you to confirm delivery charges before accepting and processing your order.

Overseas Deliveries:

All Overseas deliveries are charged at cost price. The delivery charge is dependant upon the dimensions and weight of the parcel. Please contact us to confirm applicable delivery charges. We will always contact you to confirm delivery charges before processing your order.

We reserve the right not to accept orders for certain products that we are restricted from delivering overseas, for example; glues, solvent based products e.g. solvent/primers, paints, antifouling, selected electronic equipment etc. Please contact us prior to placing your order to check if a product is restricted from overseas shipping.

Delivery Timescales

We always do our best to get your UK order to you within 3-4 working days but occasionally goods are not in stock, we will always contact you to advise you that an item is not in stock and to ask if you are happy to wait for delivery of the out-of-stock item or if you would prefer a refund.

Signing for your Delivery

Many couriers require you to sign for safe receipt of your goods otherwise the courier will not leave the parcel at your delivery address. Please ensure that you will be present to sign for your delivery or state an alternative delivery address when you place your order e.g. your workplace.
